FROM A VINTAGE TRUCK TO A NEIGHBORHOOD PARLOR

Amanda’s Kind of Happy.

Mrs. Sprinkles began its truck chapter in 2021. On February 24, 2024, the parlor opened in Albuquerque’s Scottsdale Village.

Meet Mrs. Sprinkles.

Amanda Bridgman is the owner and personality behind the parlor and vintage truck. Her posts are full of colorful ideas, little jokes, and gratitude for the neighbors who show up.

She restored a vintage truck before opening a place people could come visit. The shop carries that same spirit: playful colors, familiar favorites, and room to make a sweet memory.
